Weekly PILATES Class led by Kaarina Weber,  Certified Pilates Instructor
Mondays from 5:15 – 6:15 PM

Session #1: Sept 16 – Oct 28
Session #2: Nov 4 – Dec 9
Session #3: Jan 6 – Feb 10
Session #4: Feb 24 – Apr 6
*No Pilates on holidays.

$30 per session.
Please bring a mat and water bottle.
Meeting downstairs at Woodside.

Pilates is a series of exercises performed while standing, kneeling or on a mat. Each exercise is shown to improve mobility and stability within the joints while increasing core strength. The benefits deliver greater ease in everyday movement and improved posture.
Each class will be guided to suit participants at any level of fitness.
