Blank envelopes are available in the pews and the upper foyer. You can designate which fund to apply your donation toward (General, Missions, Building or Benevolence). To receive a charitable tax receipt, please write your name and contact information on the envelope.
For your convenience, unique numbered envelopes are available from the church office firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make any cheques payable to Woodside Bible Fellowship.
2. Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
If you wish to give regularly, you can arrange to have your monthly support automatically withdrawn from your bank account. PAD Information Brochure
Please complete and submit this form to the church office: PAD Authorization Form
You may change or cancel your pre-authorized withdrawals at any time using this same form. Please review your pre-authorized withdrawals annually to make any desired changes.
3. Interac E-Transfers
Through your bank, you can send a donation to email@example.com.
For a first time transfer, it’s best to also send a separate email to the same address confirming your name and if you are designating your donation to a specific fund.
4. Online Donations
5. Donations of Financial Securities
Donations of financial securities, such as publicly traded stocks, bonds or mutual funds, have significant tax advantages to the donor. You can make a donation of financial securities to Woodside through the Community Trust Fund of the CCCC (Canadian Council of Christian Charities). CCCC can also facilitate anonymous donations.
Other options are also available. Please contact Darrell Martin, Treasurer for more information.
Receipts for Income Tax Purposes
An annual receipt for income tax purposes is provided by Woodside Bible Fellowship (by late January / early February of the following year) for all receiptable contributions made during the previous calendar year.
Designated funds are only accepted for Board approved programs and campaigns, with the understanding that, when a given need is met, or the program cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed.
Thank you for your ongoing support! We are aware of the sacrificial nature of your gifts and are committed to exercising godly stewardship over the funds entrusted to us. All donations made within Canada are eligible for a tax receipt.
