Phil and Andrea Bauman serve as global leaders with SIM International and live here locally.
Andrea serves as the Personnel Coordinator Lead, equipping and training SIM personnel coordinators around the world. Phil became the International Director of SIM in 2024. He now helps lead this organization.
Phil and Andrea’s biggest motivation is to provide an opportunity for those communities who have never heard the gospel to hear it and respond, and to provide those with the desire to be involved in Global Mission with the opportunity to do so.
