This same Jesus- the compassionate relational Jesus of the gospels, will return so that we can be with Him in perfect relationship in his Father’s house. We will know ourselves as we were created to be and relate to each other in perfection without sin, shame, or fear. The new earth and our new bodies will have some connection to what we know now, but without decay or death. The return of Jesus will be glorious- what if He came this year?
