Our annual winter retreat will be taking place at Conestoga Bible Camp from Friday, January 30th to Sunday, February 1st.
This is an amazing opportunity to get away as a group together to spend time in the presence of God and deepen our community.
The cost for the retreat is $100. Payment can be sent to transfers@woodsidechurch.ca. Please be sure to put “(student’s name), Winter Retreat” in the memo so we know who to apply the payment to.
This year we are also able to accept payment via credit card at the time of registration. To cover the credit card fees, payment this way will be $105.
If finances are a barrier to attending, please email youth@woodsidechurch.ca or care@woodsidechurch.ca. We do not want the cost to be a barrier for anyone attending.

The GRCA now requires CBC to collect an additional form for all participants at all events happening on-site. Please fill out this form and upload it here.

Important Reminders:
We will be enjoying the outdoors this weekend, so please bring weather-appropriate clothing.
Additionally, if you choose to bring any snacks, please ensure they are peanut/nut-free.
